Thursday, December 24, 2020 - Pale yellow. Oxidised, slightly yeasty nose with notes of overripe apples and almonds. Mouthfeel is bone dry, quite oxidised, fresh, with notes of overripe apples, some brioche and almonds.

Nothing complicated, but a nice and very good value fino sherry.
