Saturday, December 17, 2016 - Another Saturday at Chevalier...Mostly Blind (Chevalier Fine Wines - Chicago IL): Tasted double blind. Black fruit with subtle spice hints. Fresh for its age with good acidity and tannins in good balance. Very good length. Not particularly complex, but certainly enjoyable.
