Sunday, February 13, 2011 - Interesting, savory Syrah with unique characteristics and surprises. Roughly two hours
into this, juniper and spice box eminated from the glass. Swirling further, the unmistakable
smell of bicycle tires came to mind. Initially pretty blueberry, cardomom and blackberry were
sharply defined. Later in the evening, a menthol, tealike edge added another dimension. The
finish came into focus as the night continued with ripe raspberry and white pepper rounding
out the ending. Consumed over a three consective night period, and the flavors did not dissapate,
wasn't sure what to expect, but enjoyed a good experience. Drink now
