Sunday, January 9, 2011 - Decanted for one hour - Color is brackish red, showing nice age. Bouquet of nice peppery spice box, although fruit is definitely present in the background. Texture is satin-like with no bitterness at all. All components are well integrated a providing a nice drinking experience. The finish is medium in length (about 15 seconds). Will keep for another 2-3 years, but drinking well right now; no need to wait.
