Tuesday, January 23, 2024 - Lemon, apple, a little almost cherry, honey. Tangy, very slightly sour notes of cherry and citrus; mandarin rather than lemon. The mousse lends a little coarseness. Hmm. It feels like it needs a year or two more in bottle to integrate.
