Sunday, April 17, 2005 - Sunday night supper (Home with Skippy and Mel): Clear, youthful 22 carat gold colour. On the nose, orange zest and a little creamy richness; no oxidation. In the mouth there was really refreshing acidity - the last thing I thought to expect, as well as more orange, creaminess and a tiny amount of lanolin. Had with chicken liver pate. Cost £4.99 and 11 bottles laid down in the interests of science; very pleased.
