Wednesday, April 13, 2011 - decanted for 1 hour, nose has nice herbal green pepper character, with lots of wet rock in the forefront. palate is similar while adding cherry and vanilla to the mix. acid is good, slightly low, but the wine has a moderate and pleasant finish. does show a fair amount of heat on the finish but not offensively. a very unique wine, enjoyable for those who like oddball grapes.
