Sunday, October 29, 2017 - Compared to the 97 Capanna Brunello and the 96 Poliziano Nobile de Montepulciano, this showed less fruit and more acid. Leaner with dark tones, and some leather. We both liked this one. Somewhat straight forward, and not very complex but enjoyable. My buddy, Eric, thought it showed young, but I don't see it getting better.
