Friday, October 23, 2020 - No formal notes, but underwhelming. Fairly simplistic and straight forward, lean and tart with limited weight that doesn't balance the bracing acidity.

10/24/2020 12:41:00 PM - It certain has the acid to last a long, long time, but there seems so little body that I'm not sure there's much to develop. Maybe another 5+ years could help it out, but I think this is the style. If you want a Champagne with a little more body and depth, we recently tried and loved the NV Bereche et Fils Brut Reserve. Same price but a more complex and layered wine.
