Saturday, October 24, 2020 - Dillon Beach trip with Mark. Great way to back up after international Champagne Day and a tough ride on the Joy Rd loop.
I love the style of this wine. One of my favorite growers at the moment.
Medium color. Great nose. Exotic and slightly funky. Very fresh. Toasty aldehyde and apples. Hint of meat and red berry. Lots of lemon and apple. Extremely dry and fresh. Lovely depth. Great texture. Very even.
A very rich Blanc de Blanc.
