Saturday, July 31, 2010 - Top shoulder fill, cork came out in one piece. Nose has strawberry and blackberry jam. Deep sniffs reveal toast, wet earth, Nutella, and basement. Palate is surprisingly fruity: berry compote, chalk, almond skin, and a complex, citrusy, long finish.
