Sunday, December 25, 2005 - With turkey for Christmas dinner. The wine is in the classical style. It may appear somewhat austere against the fruitier styles of today's wines, but for me this provided lovely balance, lots of secondary aromas and flavours, and a lovely drink with the mild flavours of the turkey. Consume over the next three years.
