Sunday, August 28, 2011 - Needs 20 minutes in the decanter. Dark amber/brown with yellow meniscus. Honeysuckle, meyer lemon, flowers, yellow plum, caramel, toffee biscuits, nutmeg, preserved orange rind, honey, citrus zest, vanilla, cognac, brioche, Darjeeling. 30-40 second honeyed finish, clean and lipsmacking. Brilliant.
