Tuesday, May 15, 2007 - Truffle, mushrooms and earth. Excellent nuance, thickness and resolve. Slightly off balance. Holding, but will not get getter. David Beckwith says "like a fit 70 year old man" before I can. Still, great experience, very interesting wine.
