Tuesday, November 16, 2010 - Golden, A level fill, nuts, banana (dissapering quickly) minerals, yellow apples and slightly oxodized. Turning with more air into intense butter, nuts, ripe lemons and minerals, almost Batard like nose. Good acidity, oysters, even a touch of burnt (nuts maybe). Really impressive Premier Cru!
