Thursday, June 3, 2021 - Dark maroon belly with still a bright garnet rim after 14 years. A beautiful nose of eucalyptus and marzipan. Lots of cassis and dark chocolate. In the mouth is lots of mint, dark stewed fruit and tobacco leaf. Incredible finish that seems to linger forever with a punch of gingerbread. Amazing equilibrium of constituents from the South African masters of wine. Bravo!
