Sunday, January 1, 2017 - Drank this wine with my family at Mu Liang Zai to celebrate my dad's birthday and to usher in the New Year.

Delightful with a pink hue and effervescence, touch of sweetness on the palate with a slight bitter finish. It was a good pair with cold crabs and some of the steamed and stir fried dishes which we had.
