Monday, February 20, 2012 - Showed a slight amount of bricking around the rim but little other sign of aging. Bright burgundy red in colour. Not jammy or viscous in texture. Bright acidity made it seem bordeaux-like. Flavours were mainly plum, cherry and red currant. A little short on aftertaste. Has at least 3-5 more years of life ahead - a testament to the effectiveness of passive cellaring!
