Saturday, February 20, 2021 - - Late release directly from the winery

- Nose: medium (+) intense nose with very fine first notes of ripeness. A wonderful freshness emerges despite a rich colour and a lot of pressure. Good mixture between lemon and ripe fruits like pineapple, banana, quince. The smell is accompanied by wet rocks and some mushrooms. Complex stuff that develops from minute to minute!

- Taste: Medium alcohol, fully there in the first third and opens up extremely nicely. Slightly fresher fruit aromas than on the nose. Compared to the Rieslings from the Mosel not such a crisp acidity (medium to medium +) but very very complex. Medium (+) body and medium (+) in flavour intensity. Incredibly long finish with outstanding complexity!!!
