Thursday, November 10, 2022 - What I call "Christmas spice" on the nose: nutmeg, marzipan, prunes. Signs of ageing all over and it's only '05. I bet the '06 isn’t like this. It's really nice though. Soft and caressing, surprisingly acidic, almost bitter. Good tension between sweet and savoury. Chalky. Delicious.
