Saturday, December 24, 2011 - Straw yellow (lemon Sprite) with medium viscosity in the glass. Nose of tart apple, citrus and wet stone. Med-lite body with crisp, tart apple, lime and slate minerality on the palate. Touch of bitter, acidic edge wrapped in thin wax. Med-short finish. Drinkable with a decent QPR.
