Monday, November 14, 2022 - Very dark in colour, hardly any signs of discolouration. Bacon, woodsmoke, meat, charcoal, dark fruit and flowers on the nose - very intriguing and attractive. On the palate dense with lots of fruit but also lots of structure, great acidity, quite mineral and very very long. Very well balanced, complete and approachable, but still a wee bit young. 95-96+
