Saturday, February 10, 2024 - Decanted 60 minutes. Fragrant nose, not overly intense but showing light brambles, violets and some hoisin. Palate is richer with real depth - oodles of hoisin notes, ripe brambles and blackberries, lots of sage. Good tannins with a fine grip and freshness giving delightful balance. Long persistence and a super rich mouthfeel. Subtle and very elegant. Drinking now-2032.
