Monday, February 14, 2022 - From 375cc, sadly my last btl of this. It has been 6+ years since I have checked in with one of these. This is truly a very lovely and nuanced St Emilion at this point. As before, this punches way above its weight. Classic plummy fruit, cocoa, tar, and thyme. Medium finish. This seems to be on a very long plateau.
