Saturday, February 13, 2021 - Classic, aged Burgundy nose with a generous dose of mushrooms and autumnal fallen leaves coupled with some ripe, but secondary fruit. On the palate, this is already quite ready to drink, showing a sweet fruit profile, but also more of those mushroomy elements. Lacking some of the structure I would expect for a grand cru (and especially Corton), but drinking very well now already.
