Friday, June 29, 2012 - Decanted for 45 minutes. Deep ripe fruit like a plum... balanced beautifully to avoid venturing into "zin-land". Beautiful ruby color in the glass, but not as deep a color as the complexity on the palate would suggest. Spectacular with spicy fish tacos, as a bit of spice got pulled out of the wine.
