Friday, January 27, 2023 - Drank January 2023. 15 years old, and I suspect at its peak.
Moderate crust, poured clear. Blood, graphite, wet stones and plums on the nose. Medium weight on the palate, with plums and sweet cherries, fading to a slightly beef stock flavour. Great Tignanello.
