Unexpectedly superb pairing with a very, very picante room-temp (leftovers) camarones a la mexicana with some avocado - it felt like the oxidative character (which had grown a bit; this was the latter half of the bottle, about a week after opening) helped this work with the chile heat, refreshing rather than fanning the flames; it also kind of echoed the avocado's flavor/texture.
