Thursday, January 26, 2012 - Revisiting what was one of my Epiphany Rhone white wines. And inspiration for the Two Shepherds GB. Best when not served over chilled. Meyer lemon, stone fruit, some minerality. Love the 500 ml format! sorry its gone, will be doing a 375 for 2011 and maybe 500 ml 2012.
