Tuesday, March 25, 2014 - Mineral nose with fruit nestled into a firm slatey pillow! Fruit profile is yellow stone fruits, plus some floral notes. The palate is simply explosive, with saturated yellow fruits, slate and river pebbles. Finishes long and mouth watering. This is every bit as profound as a TOP white Burgundy but a fraction of the price... Ready to go but will hold for many years.
