Friday, August 9, 2019 - Perfect cork. Medium yellow. Nose of Granny Smith apple, pineapple and spice. Very dense and long with lemon tart, mineral and a touch of vanilla as this fanned out on the palate. No oxidative notes at all. A beautiful grand cru white Burgundy. A bottle with no signs of fading. How long should I wait for the last bottle?
