Tuesday, February 21, 2023 - Simon Beatty's Memorial Dinner - Table 2 - Richebourg (Noizé, London): A tale of two halves here: - the nose has real interest with some hung venison, cloves, polish and fruit cake. The palate? Not so much; a little sour and short.
