Saturday, January 21, 2012 - Low neck fill but cork in good shape. Opaque purple/black color in glass with thin cherry rim. Lovely, expansive bouquet. Good fruit on palate with drying tannins. No gratuitous sweetness or heat (13.5% alcohol). A little past peak by 3 or 4 years Lots of sludge inside bottle. Drink up!
