Sunday, February 7, 2021 - Watching Super Bowl with Walter. Decanted for 3 hours. Served along side a 1989 La Lagune to accompany a savory pork loin roast that Walter had made. Dark ruby in color. Berries and leather om the nose.
Superb from the get-go in the mouth. Velvety yet complex. Evolved during the game, but remained at high level until consumed. Must be at peak.
