Thursday, May 19, 2011 - decanted 2 hours. i was not fond of the candied sweetness of this, which overshadowed the nice framework. 3 hours later the wine was developing in the glass so patience, strong, long decanting at this juncture is a must. i also gassed 3 ounces and held in the fridge over night. it held it's own. hold.
