Thursday, November 23, 2017 - Having a nice quiet Thanksgiving with my wife, preparing for the Friday Thanksgiving with all the kids. Opened up a 2007 Cab from Cedarville and was not disappointed. Aging perfectly, dusty, nice fruit and just that sometimes indescribable aged Cabernet nose! Wish I had another case of this.
