Thursday, December 22, 2022 - Fully mature. Short decant. Last couple tasting notes are spot on. A complex, well balanced classic Washington cab that has been excellent with beef dishes of all kinds. We've really enjoyed this vintage and look forward to drinking our remaining 2 bottles in the near future.
