Friday, January 20, 2006 - Qulceda Creek Vertical w/ Alex Golitzin (Vancouver Museum): Oh boy, are we ever back on track with this one. Great, classic, soaring, huge nose with violets galore! A very similar flavour profile to the 2000, but this has all the components that wine lacks - especially a structural backbone to create a sensational texture and mouthfeel. This wine is coming together really well and is infinaitely better than the last sample I had of this vintage. This was my wine of the night. A 96+++.
