Tuesday, September 26, 2006 - Did not decant this wine. After pouring, the initial flavors were pineapple and anise. After a couple minutes, the flavors turned to mocha, coffee, and dark fruits. After 1 1/2 hours, this wine really mellowed and opened up. Enjoyed it very much.
