Saturday, January 28, 2012 - Decanted 4 bottles for 6 hours and believe the time opened was well worth it. The nose had a lovely floral bouquet with hints of dark fruit(blueberry and balck cherry I would say). The taste was medium to full bodied and was beautifully balanced as it rolled to the back of the mouth. The grilled pork chops compimented this excellant vintage very well. Enjoy!!
