Wednesday, January 15, 2014 - Dark purple with violet at the edges. Ripe plums and blackberries on the nose. Unctuous, silken texture. Coffee and a bit of tar with blackberries on the nose, all three of which linger into a very long finish. There is also a hint of blueberry juice at the very end of the finish. Good stuff, but nowhere near as good as the last bottle of Quilceda that I had, which I think was a 2004.
