Monday, November 23, 2020 - Perfect 1mm penetration on the purple/black stained end of the cork. Garnet color and showing appropriate maturity and a perfectly clear rim.

Nose of licorice, star jasmine, berries, tobacco and a touch of vanilla.

Fruit on the first day was concealed, but on day two it was back... Good thing, too. Everything promised by the nose is now in the glass. Bitter tannins on day one turning a bit sweeter on day two and supporting a lingering finish.
