Cherries and cream with hints of graphite and alcohol. Thick and viscous the wine is deep purple and grips the glass. Full bodied with red fruit, some menthol and a little heat, tannins and acid that makes me think this will last in the cellar for years to come. This has a long finish and will be difficult to stay away from. I am thrilled I went long on 09's and can't wait to try the big boys.
