Tuesday, October 24, 2017 - 14%. Initially really tarry, smoky, oaky. Allow the oak to blow off and some really pretty fruit comes out, lean and linear; black cherry, kirsch, cola, tobacco, and dark chocolate. Decent tartness, but short finish. With proper storage easily good drinking for another 5 years.
