Tuesday, February 22, 2011 - Decanted 45 minutes, which turned out not to be enough. At that point, the wine was a touch thin (though smooth as promised!). About 30 minutes later, some fullness started to appear as a smoky backdrop to that classic cab franc pepper emerged. I would think 90 minutes decanting at this point would be ideal. This is a stylish wine, very well enjoyed.
