Thursday, December 27, 2018 - This readily available (in the Eastern US, anyway) Amontillado is relatively light in body but very flavorful and complex, especially for its price point. Shows characteristic aromas of toasted nuts and dried fruit. On the palate, this wine is sharp and quite saline, with an attractive and lingering aftertaste of caramel and more toasted nuts.
