Sunday, January 8, 2017 - PNP. Cork perfect. Color straw. Nose has pure apricot minerals and some florality. Swishing shows the intense acid backbone, but the acids are now creamy and the wine has taken on an almost oily character that is reminiscent of Gewurtztraminer. On the palate I might have mistaken it for a structured gewurz. Sipping shows dense fruit to balance the acid. This is fantastic
