There is some nice dark black/red fruit, with hints of pine forest, slight smokiness, and other dark dank flavors that I associate with Mourverdre. There is a nice clean purity to this wine that is both refreshing and complex. A really solid and nice wine, which I think will last a bit longer – I for one am curious to see how it evolves in a few more years.
