Monday, April 30, 2012 - Much deeper than it was 3 years ago-clearly darker than it should be at 10 years of age. Surprise! Not oxidized though, with honey and ripe citrus at first. It tightened and showed enough acidity, hazelnut and pleasing medium weight for a brief period. However, after about a half hour, it fell apart in spectacular fashion, leaving nothing but wood splinters behind. Clearly past it; I wish I had followed my own advice and consumed this last bottle back in 2009 when it was much, much better (if not a top Perrieres).
