Monday, August 15, 2011 - Excellent Sauv Blanc. Enjoyed outside in Park City, Utah with crackers, cheese, and hummus. Not dull like other Sauv Blancs, but very sweet with exciting fruit notes. One of my favorite Sauv Blanc wines to date.
